Navigating the world as an LGBTQIA+SB person can come with unique challenges, including the stress of discrimination, stigma, and systemic barriers. These experiences can take a toll on mental, emotional, and physical well-being—especially for those at the intersection of multiple marginalised identities.
This free online course is designed specifically for our community, offering powerful self-regulation tools like breathwork and mindfulness to help ease anxiety, reduce stress, and foster resilience. You’ll be guided by an experienced and supportive facilitator who warmly welcomes participants of all experience levels—whether you're brand new to these practices or looking to deepen your skills.
Best of all, you can join from the comfort of your own home, or wherever you are in Queensland, making it easier than ever to access support, learning, and connection.
