Who We Are

For more than 40 years, the Queensland Council for LGBTI Health (QC) has served Queensland's LGBTI, Sistergirl, and Brotherboy communities. We are a community-driven health service, continually adapting to meet our diverse community's needs.

Talking Regions

In 2023, QC conducted consultations right across this land now known as Queensland to hear directly from our communities what matters: being visible, being heard and talking about where they live talking about their regions.

2Spirits Program

We are committed to helping every member of our diverse communities feel safe, valued, represented and supported. 2Spirits is committed to developing pathways to walk and work together in partnership with agencies to grow health and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander LGBTIQ+ Sistergirl and Brotherboy people across Queensland.

QC Disability

The Queensland Council for LGBTI Health (QC) has been proudly working with our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Sistergirl and Brotherboy communities in the disability space over the past 18 months, with consultations and learnings, in partnerships with organisations, groups and our communities living with disabilities.

GP Family Practice

We have a unique and exciting opportunity for full or part time GPs and accredited Mental Health practitioners to join our QCGP+ multidisciplinary health team. QCGP+ is an inclusive chosen families general practice run by the Queensland Council for LGBTI Health (QC) based in Brisbane.
