Our teams will be taking a break over the Easter public holidays.
Our physical sites and phone services will be closed and unavailable from Friday, 3 April 2026 and start returning from 9:00 am Tuesday, 7 April 2026.
A reminder that when we’re back, our Gayawur Rainbow Drop-In at our sites, Phone and Web Form Service is available Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, excluding public holidays:

The stories shared during our Youth Week celebrations continue to have a home in our community
In April 2026, LGBTIQA+ Sistergirl and Brotherboy young people joined us across Queensland for Youth Week activities exploring the theme Make Space: Our Stories, Our Strength. Through creative activities and conversations, young people shared what strength, belonging, identity and community mean to them.
We're pleased to share two new murals that have grown from those conversations.
Created by local artists Baylee in Gimuy (Cairns) and Max in Toowoomba, the murals were designed using the ideas, reflections and artwork contributed by young people who attended our onsite Youth Week events. Alongside the murals, Baylee also created a graphic report from the same stories and themes, offering another lasting way to celebrate and share young people's voices.
If you're visiting our Gimuy or Toowoomba sites, we encourage you to spend a few moments with the murals. We've attached the graphic report below too - it's designed to be shared, so take a few minutes to explore the voices and ideas that inspired these artworks.
We're grateful to every young person who trusted us with their stories, and to Baylee and Max for transforming those stories into lasting works that will continue to welcome and inspire our communities.
