Every week, our drop-in space will host a Low Sensory Day - a calm, quiet, and welcoming environment designed with neurodivergent and sensory-sensitive members of our community in mind.

We know that typical social spaces can sometimes be overwhelming. That’s why we’re creating a space with dimmed lights, reduced noise, and a slower pace - where people can connect, recharge, or simply be without pressure.

Expect gentle lighting, minimal background noise, cozy quiet zones, and a respectful, understanding atmosphere. Whether you're dropping in for a cuppa, to access support, or just need a peaceful space to exist, you’re welcome here.
