This spring and summer, take a breath, roll out a mat, and give yourself the gift of physical energy and vitality through two free yoga workshops designed with our community in mind. All bodies, all levels, all identities are welcome. Mats are provided.

Class 1: Slow flow beginner yoga

Thursday, 6th November, 10am (1 Hour)

Flow into your fabulous with a slow-paced Vinyasa that celebrates every curve, angle, and expression of you. This gentle meditative style of yoga is a gorgous mix of stretching, balance, and mindfulness - perfect forr releasing the weight of the day and sinking into your own rhythm. Expect slow, intentional transitions, spaces to connect with your body and breath, and the joy of being unapologetically you- in all your radiant, rainbow


Class 2: Rest and Recover

Thursday, 18th December, 10am (1 Hour)

Close the year with deep rest. This workshop offers guided relaxation, breathwork, and supportive stillness-very little movement, and plenty of time to lie back and restore. Perfect for soothing overstimulated nervous systems, giving yourself a moment of spacious self-care before the holiday season.


To make your practice as restful as possible, feel free to bring a blanket or large towel, a firm seat cushion, or a bolster if you have one
