Join QPP, 2Spirits, QC and our communities as we gather in remembrance and reflection. Together, we honour those we have lost to HIV/AIDS, stand with those living with HIV, and celebrate our shared resilience. Candle lighting, reflections, and connection will mark this evening of unity.
