We’re excited to be offering a new round of yoga classes this year, with four sessions across February and March. These classes are designed to support gentle movement, energy, connection, and time together - whether you’re coming to stretch, breathe, reset, or simply be in shared space with others.
You’re welcome to attend all four sessions or just the ones that suit you. Each class stands alone, so there’s no pressure to commit to the full series.
