Together with a Registered Nurse from QCGP+ and Gayawur Rainbow workers, we’ll explore:

- Your rights and choices in health settings

- Helpful language and questions you can use

- Ways to prepare for appointments

- Existing supports and resources

This session focuses on building confidence and knowledge to support your physical energy and wellbeing.
